The very first dish I learned to make. It's the first I write here.
I trust it blindfolded. So diverse, nutritious, tasty...
In a baguette or on a plate, it's the best day starter, even at 23:58.
Instructions
1. Break each Egg into a small bowl.
If there are no shell fragments, move the Egg to the larger bowl.
2. Add the salt, pepper, paprika and cumin.
Beat well with the egg beater.
3. Heat the pan and add the butter.
On medium heat, spread the butter evenly across the pan.
4. When the butter melts, add the beaten eggs.
Keep the fire medium‑low and let it cook slowly, evenly.
5. After 3–4 minutes, when the underside starts to brown,
use the spatula to flip the omelette over and spread the slices of cheese on top.
6. After 90 seconds, turn off the heat.
Let it sit for another 90 seconds.
7. Slide the omelette gently onto a plate.
Serve warm with sliced vegetables, bread, or inside a baguette.
